About the work
What should people know about your work?
My year-long diploma work was divided into two parts, one for each semester, and was based on a clear brief from Miroslav Šika – an apartment building in Vršovice, Prague, with fifteen flats of various dimensions (30-100m2).
The first part of the work consists of the building itself with a clear concept comprising two materially opposed elements. A brick-walled tower stands in the middle of the site behind an arcade and a glass wall connects to the arcade on the first floor.
The second part includes a full design of one flat at the scale of 1:20. Specifically, it’s a third-floor apartment with an area of 74m2.
How do you see yourself and your work five years from now?
In five years I’ll be Ironman.
