About the work
I Do What I Do, and I Do It When I Do It.

What is your graduation work about?
I sensed it in the beginning. However, the more I want to get to something that makes sense, the less I know what I am doing. What is important: these things come spontaneously, and I am liberating myself from the stigma that it should be a graduation work.
I am working the way I have always been – combining, collecting, and creating dialogues and reflections. I have the sourdough, and now it’s time to bake something.
I know one thing for sure. Weight and material are essential. Monumentality aimed at not being monumental and limited.
What do you do besides your graduation work?
I am completely immersed in my graduation work at the moment. I want to finish it to have one less worry in my life. Besides that, I am developing my thought processes for the exhibitions to come before the end of the year – how to advance personally and in my work and how to conceive certain aspects of sculpture. I am currently quite engrossed in “studying” and, in particular, my work.
In what conditions would you like to work on your graduation work?
I would not change a thing. Everything is as it should be. All this year’s negative and positive aspects lead to my end-of-year output.
What would you imagine to be an alternative culmination of your studies at AVU, in place of the defense of your graduation work?
The final work should speak for itself.
